Blizzard!

Believe it or not, the last big blizzard in Colorado Springs was in 1997. Yeah, in October. Yes, we were here for that one, too. It was not as much fun because it started in the middle of the day. This one at least started at night and really kicked into high gear in the morning. The kids had a great time. And by Friday afternoon, a day after the storm, the roads were clear and dry. Erin measured 15" in the backyard and in another place we measured a foot. That's a lot of snow in 8 hours anywhere you measure! These are during (about 9 am) and after (about 4 pm) images.
